SAHO'S BASIC QUICHE!

By using frozen pie crust, making quiche can be easy! Enjoy!
コツ、ポイント
Cook the crust first! Add garlic @the end. Garlic get easily burnt! Enjoy :D
材料
(9.5inch )

EGG FILLING
EGG(L)

HEAVY CREAM
1PACK(app. 200ml)
S&P
few dashes
NUTMEG(if you have it)

ONION(M)-thinly sliced

FROZEN SPINACH
1/2 CUP
BACON
3 SLICES
FRESH GARLIC(finely chopped)

FROZEN PIE CRUST
1
MOZZARELLA CHEESE(shred one)
1CUP
このレシピの生い立ち
よく母が作ってくれたキッシュ!!冷凍パイ生地を使って、ずぼらバージョンですぐ出来るように改良〜!
1.
Lightly bake the pie crust. Poke it w/folk. 350F 10min.
2.
Put paper & weight=dry beans to keep crust flat.
3.
Cut bacon into 0.5inch slices and cook in the pan. No oil!
4.
Once bacon get lightly brown, add onion&garlic.

Add garlic and cook little bit. Salt &pepper for taste.
6.
Set it aside to cool it down.
7.
In the bowl, beat eggs and add heavy cream and s&p, nutmeg.
8.
Put the filling in the pie crust and sprinkle mozzarella.
9.
Pour the egg filling over it and cook it 350F about 45min.
10.
Poke the quiche w/a thin stick to make sure it's done. ENJOY
