蛤蜊買回來一定要先放入少許鹽巴, 放置於暗處讓蛤蜊吐沙。沙吐乾淨就可用來烹煮, 蒸、炒、煮湯都是非常鮮甜美味喔!🎵
番茄切半, 蔥切段, 蒜切片備用。
開中火, 放入1大匙橄欖油, 爆香蔥白、蒜, 放進番茄拌炒
再放入蛤蜊翻炒至蛤蜊微開, 如果沒開就放少許水, 蓋上鍋蓋燜一下。
放入番茄醬、糖、鹽翻炒, 加入青蔥段, 米酒熗鍋邊香氣四溢, 蛤蜊也全開口笑就可盛盤了。
