Thank you for this recipe! I didn’t know what to do with our chops and they really needed using this evening. I didn’t have coconut milk so I used almond milk. I also couldn’t use breadcrumbs as my husband is yeast intolerant, so I double dipped back into the seasoned flour after the coating of milk. The seasoning was so tasty and with a crisp, light batter coating. We’ll cook this one again!
