Spicy Bombay potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  2. leaves Few curry
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1 dry red chillie chopped
  6. 1 tsp paprika/chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  9. To taste Salt
  10. Squeeze lemon juice
  11. Few sprigs of fresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and Boil the potatoes

    In a pan, heat the ghee add the curry leaves, chopped chilli, mustard seeds and cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant then add the spices (paprika/chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt), toss and fry for a few minutes till potatoes are well coated.

    Sprinkle with some fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice 🍋🥔
