Spicy Bombay potatoes
Ingredients

15-20 baby potatoes

2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

leaves Few curry

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 dry red chillie chopped

1 tsp paprika/chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder
-
1/4 tsp turmeric
-
To taste Salt

Squeeze lemon juice

Few sprigs of fresh coriander

Peel and Boil the potatoes

In a pan, heat the ghee add the curry leaves, chopped chilli, mustard seeds and cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant then add the spices (paprika/chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt), toss and fry for a few minutes till potatoes are well coated.

Sprinkle with some fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice 🍋🥔
