Healthy no-mayo coleslaw

Nice fresh and crispy coleslaw. Great as a light lunch or as a side dish



4 servings
  1. 1/4 cabbage
  2. 2 carrots
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 1 apple
  5. 1 tsp. sesame oil
  6. 1 lemon
  7. 1 slosh light soy sauce
  8. 1 tsp. balsamic vinager
  9. 1 slosh olive oil
  10. to taste salt and pepper

  1. Wash and peel apple, onion and carrots. Wash the cabbage. Cut cabbage and onion as finely as possible. Grate carrot and apple. Put all the ingredients in a a large bowl.

  2. Make the dressing with the rest of the ingredients, including the juice of the lemon. Add to the bowl and mix well. Taste and adjust salt and pepper accordingly. Enjoy!!!
