10 Minute Soft Creamy Egg, Canned Mackerel and Cabbage Dish
My mother made this for me and it was delicious.
This is best with lots of cabbage.
The seasoning may be a bit strong, so taste and adjust! Recipe by *marin*
Ingredients

1 can Canned mackerel in broth

1/4 Cabbage

2 Eggs

1/2 tsp ●Dashi stock granules

1 tbsp ●Sugar

1 tbsp ●Soy sauce
Cooking Instructions

Put the canned mackerel in a pan with the broth, and slightly flake.

Put roughly chopped up cabbage on top of the mackerel, and add the ● flavoring ingredients.

Cook over low-medium heat with a lid on. Stir it up occasionally, and simmer until the cabbage browns (about 5 minutes or so).

When everything is cooked through, drop an egg on top, cover with a lid and cook until the surface of the egg turns white.
