This is my Bangladesh friend's recipe. She eats this luti for breakfast with vegetables curry or lentils curry.
Mix all the ingredients in small bowl.
Put water (50ml around) and knead well. And wrap with film and stay for 15 minutes.
Make ball (golf ball size) and make round shape with rolling pin.
Fry both side one by one in 1 cm deep vegetable oil.
Fry just before you eat please
