In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, lemon zest, sweet and savory soy sauce, honey, and chicken. Add paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Mix and marinate the chicken for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, then cook onion until fragrant.
Add vegetable stock, then add a dash of flour until it thickens a little bit.
Add chicken with all the remaining marinated season. Stir well.
Add yellow and green pepper, then add lemon juice. Stir again.
Season with salt, pepper, and parsley as you like.
