Mango Salad

The simplest and healthy salad for the hot sunny lunch day. The combination of dressing and ingredients gives umami taste in this salad. It gives sweet, salt, sour and spicy.

  1. 300 gr sliced mangoes
  2. 50 gr sliced onions
  3. 50 gr sliced capsicum
  4. 50 gr sliced cucumber
  5. 100 gr sliced tomatoes
  6. 50 gr sliced carrots
  7. 25 gr chopped coriander
  8. 1/2 tsp salt
  9. pinch pepper powder
  10. pinch cumin powder
  11. pinch chili powder
  12. 1 tsp olive oil
  13. 1/4 tsp lemon juice

Method

20 minutes

    Prepare the ingredients. Slice the vegetables and mix all in the bowl. Keep the sliced mangoes in separate bowl.

    In a mixture vegetables bowl, add the salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder and olive oil. Add lemon juice. Mix them well.

    Add the sliced mangoes in and mix it well. Make a taste.

    Add green chili if you like to. Serve the salad right away or chill it in the fridge for 1 hour.
