This is my take on cheese on toast. Worcestershire sauce, French Mustard and loads of other flavours are great here!
Chick the bread in the grill and cook until one side is cooked to your taste.
Add Marmite to the uncooked side, or skip this step if you don't like Marmite (My uncle uses jam).
Add the slices of cheese and sprinkle chilli flakes over the too.
Whack it all back under the grill and grill until the cheese browns or is melted to your taste.
