Pumpkin bread
Discovered this recipe a while ago and love the sweet flavour the pumpkin gives to the bread
Ingredients

300 grams pumpkin puree

2 tbsp brown sugar

125 ml warm water

500 grams strong white flour

1 tsp salt

7 grams sachet fast action dried yeast

Egg to glaze

50 grams pumpkin seeds
Cooking Instructions

Combine flour, salt and yeast in big bowl.

Mix pumpkin puree, sugar and 100ml of the water.

Add pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture.

Work dough until is soft.

Knead until smooth on a floured surface.

Put back in a bowl and cover with clean tea towel and leave to raise in a warm place.

Preheat oven. 220C or fan 200C

Knock dough back and knead a little. Divide in three and roll to three long sausages so that you can plait them.

Place on baking tray and glaze with beaten egg. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds
