My son cooked dark cherry for me so I made this cake for him. Too much carrot made the cake so moist.
Whip 5 eggs white with 20g sugar.
Mix room temperature butter and 180g sugar. Then add egg york one by one.
Mix flour almond powder and baking powder. Mix 1/3 of flour mixture into butter mixture.
Put 1/3 whipped egg white. And repeat.
Mix shred carrot
Divide cake dough and put cake mold. And place cherry into cake mixture
Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 55~60 minutes.
Mix maple syrup with 50ml of hot water and sprinkle after the 2 cakes baked
Rap with film after cake is cool. Stay half day and cut and serve.
