How to steam couscous  !

Ingredients

  1. Couscous
  2. Salt
  3. Oil
  4. Water

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Use a special kitchenware to steam couscous, put water in the bottom and let it boil

  2. Edit

    Prepare your couscous : add 10 g of salt and 3 tbsp of oil to 500 g of couscous, scrub well with hands

  3. Edit

    Put couscous in the top of kitchenware and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes

  4. Edit

    Put steamed couscous in a large plate, scrub it with a spoon then add about 300 ml of water, bit each time and scrub with hands ! It will double the size !

  5. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Do the same steps, twice ! And your couscous is ready to be used !
