Chilli Chicken Wings

Good for finger food.
Ingredients

2.5 kg chicken wings

2 Tbs kashmiri chilli powder

1 Tbs chilli powder

1 Tbs tumeric

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp ginger powder

3 tsp salt

1 Tbs corn flour

red food colouring
Cooking Instructions

Using a seperate bowl pre pare the powder mix.

Add the mix to the chicken, mix well, add food color and marinate over night.

Heat vegetable oil in pan for deep frying.

Depending on the size of the wings. fry around 6 - 8 wings at one time as this will keep the oil at a good temp while frying.
