Marinade for meat

It adds an amazing taste to meat (for frying or grilling and cooking in the oven).

  1. 1 cup olive oil
  2. 2 bay leaves
  3. 2 cloves garlic finely chopped (or pressed)
  4. 1 tbsp vinegar
  5. 2 pinches oregano
  6. 5-6 anise seeds
  7. 4-6 spearmint leaves
  8. 6-8 rosemary leaves
  9. 1 little allspice
  10. pepper
  11. 5-6 pepper grains

    Mix all the ingredients together and marinate each piece of meat well in a small bowl.

    Cover the bowl with the marinade and the meat and set aside for 1-2 hours.

    If you like you can place it in the fridge overnight so the meat is better marinated.
