Muffins with tomato

A great addition to parties, a great accompaniment for ouzo! Tasty and healhty.

20 - 22 muffins
  1. 3 firm medium-sized tomatoes, diced
  2. 1 spring onion very finely chopped
  3. 1 dry onion, grated
  4. 100 g grated feta cheese
  5. 2 tbsp strained yogurt
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1 cup self rising flour
  8. parsley, spearmint, salt, pepper


  1. Add Photo

    Mix all the ingredients well together into a thick batter.

    Brush your muffin tin with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

    Pour 2-3 tbsp of the batter and bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes until they are golden brown.
