  4. 650 g flour

  2. And beat them with a hand mixer very well for about 5-10 minutes.

  4. Add the flour and continue beating at a low speed until you have a mixture that is well incorporated and sticky.

  5. Place the mixture in a pastry bag. Pipe the biscuits in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

  6. Bake at 160°C - 170°C for about 20 minutes or until they are light golden brown.
