Remove the butter from the fridge to get it to room temperature. Place the sugar and the butter in a bowl
And beat them with a hand mixer very well for about 5-10 minutes.
Add the eggs one by one and continue beating.
Add the flour and continue beating at a low speed until you have a mixture that is well incorporated and sticky.
Place the mixture in a pastry bag. Pipe the biscuits in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake at 160°C - 170°C for about 20 minutes or until they are light golden brown.
