Easy and simple waffle recipe
Add all the dry ingredients together from step1-4 in a clean bowl
In another clean bowl separate your egg white from the yolk
Whisk the egg white till its stiff (hard peak)
Add all the wet ingredients together i.e. egg yolk, milk and melted butter. Mix together with a whisk
Pour the wet into the dry ingredients. Mix well making sure there are no lumps in the batter
Fold the egg white gently into the batter with your spatula
Pour into the preheated waffle machine to make 6 -8 servings.
Serve warm with any syrup of your choice.
