Spinach with Tofu sauce - Shiraae-

Ingredients

  1. 100 g spinach
  2. shimeji mushrooms (a little)
  3. carrot (a little fine strips)
  4. <Tofu sauce>
  5. 1/2 block momen-tofu
  6. 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  7. 2/3 tablespoon sugar
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoons ground sesame seeds

    1. Drain the tofu using the strainer for more than 30 minutes.

    2. Blanch the spinach for 20 or 30 seconds, and shimeji and carrot for 10 seconds.

    3. Mash tofu until creamy, and mix with tofu sauce.

    4. Dress the spinach, shimeji mushrooms and carrot with the tofu sauce. ※Sesame seeds can be replaced with walnuts or peanuts. You can use peanut butter, too.
