Chinese Stir Fry

A snap-quick hot, tasty evening meal for two.



  1. 2 tbsp. Nutcessity Himalayan Salted nut butter
  2. 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  3. 2 tsp Chinese five spice
  4. 1 onion
  5. 2 courgettes (or whatever you have - peppers? spring greens? broccoli?)
  6. soy sauce
  7. olive oil


  1. Add Photo

    Fry the onion with the oil till soft, then add your other veggies.

  2. Add Photo

    When they're done, turn off the hear but keep the pan on the heat.

  3. Add Photo

    Stir through the spice, maple syrup and nut butter, and leave for a minute or two to warm.

    Add a dash or two of soy sauce, stir again, and serve (on top of cous cous / noodles / quinoa... whatever you fancy)... yum.
