Ingredients

  1. 200 g minced beef
  2. 20 dumpling wrappers
  3. 5 g shallot
  4. 5 ml vegetable oil
  5. 2 spoons cooking wine, soy sauce and salt
  6. 1 egg

Method

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Cut up the shallots and add them into the minced beef,then add 1 egg, 2 spoons of cooking wine, soy sauce and salt, and stir all of them.

    Spread 4 dumpling wrappers and put the meat stuffing on them.

    Fold the dumpling wrappers.

    Start rolling the shape of rose: roll the wrappers from the right side to the left side.

    Finish the rose dumplings.

    Start frying the rose dumplings: pour a little oil into the pan, then put in the rose dumplings and fry them.

    Add half bowl of water into the pan, cover the pan (after boiling, use small fire to heat).
