Japanese inspired sea bream on a bed of wasabi adzuki beans 🇯🇵
Classic European cooking with Japanese umami flavours.
Ingredients

2 sea bream filets

400 g adzuki beans

300 g frozen peas
-
200 g tenderstem broccoli

2 cloves smoked garlic
-
100 ml dashi stock
-
2 tsp wasabi paste
-
1 red chilli
-
Splash soy sauce
-
Dash sesame oil
Cooking Instructions

Chop the onion, pepper, chilli and garlic

Sauté in a hot pan with some sesame oil and black pepper

When the veg has softened add a splash of soy sauce, the beans and wasabi paste. Stir.

Add the dashi stock, frozen peas and reduce

In another hot pan sear the broccoli with a touch of sesame oil and the other diced garlic clove

Once the broccoli is almost done move to one side and sear the fish skin side down.

After 2 mins flip the fish and cook for 1 min

Serve. Beans, then broccoli, sea bream and top with smoked garlic. Enjoy 😊
