Ingredients

2 people
  1. 2 sea bream filets
  2. 400 g adzuki beans
  3. 300 g frozen peas
  4. 200 g tenderstem broccoli
  5. 2 cloves smoked garlic
  6. 100 ml dashi stock
  7. 2 tsp wasabi paste
  8. 1 red chilli
  9. Splash soy sauce
  10. Dash sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the onion, pepper, chilli and garlic

  2. 2

    Sauté in a hot pan with some sesame oil and black pepper

  3. 3

    When the veg has softened add a splash of soy sauce, the beans and wasabi paste. Stir.

    Add the dashi stock, frozen peas and reduce

  5. 5

    In another hot pan sear the broccoli with a touch of sesame oil and the other diced garlic clove

  6. 6

    Once the broccoli is almost done move to one side and sear the fish skin side down.

    After 2 mins flip the fish and cook for 1 min

  8. 8

    Serve. Beans, then broccoli, sea bream and top with smoked garlic. Enjoy 😊
