Add the eggs one by one until completely taken in.
Preheat the oven to 180°
Add the flour and mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture in to a springform and gently hit the bottom of the springform to your kitchencounter, so it divides equally.
Bake the cake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely, divide the cake horizontally in half and spread the jam on it. Then spread the whipped cream equally on it, place the other half on top of it and cover it with some powdered sugar. Let it cool in the fridge afterwards, i always like it better a day after.
