  1. I love green sauce with Biryani
  2. 1 bunch fresh green coriander
  3. 4 piece of garlic
  4. 3 green chili
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  7. 2 cup plain yogurt

Cooking Instructions

    add fresh green coriander , green chili ,garlic, salt and Cumin powder and make a soft smoothie sauce . add yogurt and mix .

I made some personal improvements (because I think my coriander leaves needed to be cooked; I'm uncomfortable about not cooking them): Garlic, chillies and onion frying in a little bit of oil until onions are brown. Proceed with the rest of the ingredients, and add spring onions and / or lemon grass in the mix too. The cooking doesn't need much time (although I love coriander's fluids to overwhelm everything in the pan). Turn off the gas. Add yogurt (preferably homemade). Call me crazy, but I LOVED this with freshly boiled pasta! :-)
