Ingredients

45 mins
40 servings
  1. 1 1/2 cup Flour
  2. 1 cup Cornstarch
  3. 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  4. 250 grams Butter
  5. Filling
  6. 500 grams Dulce de leche
  7. Decoration

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 350°F.

  2. 2

Beat the butter until it is soft. Add the flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar. Do not over work the dough. Let it rest for 15 min in the refrigerator or until it is firm.

  3. 3

Put some flour on the working surface. Roll the dough to 1/2 centimeter. Using a small round cutter, cut the dough to make the cookies. Put them in baking sheets with parchment paper. Bake them for about 7-10 min or until you see them lightly browned.

  4. 4

Take one cookie and spread one teaspoon of dulce de leche. Take another cookie and put it on top, to make like a sandwich. Do the same thing with the rest of the cookies.

  5. 5

Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!

I love to cook, just for the satisfaction of having my love ones light-up and smile, while they try the food I made and say it is delicious...For me that is priceless!
