Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 slice pound cake
  2. 4 canned apricot halves
  3. 6 oz vanilla yogurt

Cooking Instructions

    using small cookie cutter, remove center of each slice of pound cake.

    toast slices and centers in saute pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    When golden, arrange slices on plates with yogurt and apricot halves to look like eggs.
