My Crisp Chicken Nuggets ๐Ÿ˜˜

You can prepare these earlier and pop in the oven when needed.

  1. 4 Chicken breasts
  2. 2 pints batter made thick
  3. 1 tsp Paprika
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  6. 1 1/2 pints Veg oil for deep frying

    Add the salt, paprika, and pepper to the flour/batter mix. Mix it then add the water, mix until thick and smooth

  2. Change

    Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces or a little bigger if you prefer

  3. Change

    Heat up the oil to very hot, and test with a tiny bit of the batter, if it bubbles immediatley you can then add the chicken in batter

  4. Change

    On kitchen paper, dry off the chicken pieces first then dip the chicken pieces in the batter and drop into the boiling oil, about 5 at a time.

    Then when browned after about 3 minutes, put them on kitchen paper to drain off excess oil.

    When they are all done, you can put these away until your ready for them. Just pop in the oven 170ยฐC/gas 6 for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

    You can also instead of salt n pepper, add 1 teaspoon of curry powder or chili powder, or jerk seasonings and have different flavour.
