This is my cousin’s menu. It’s so easy to make and delicious. Sweet Teriyaki sauce is so tasty with melting cheese.

Ingredients

4 beef balls
  1. 4 pieces thin sliced beef
  2. 150 g mashed potato
  3. Cheese (any kind)
  4. 2 tablespoon Mirin (Japanese sweet Sake)
  5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon sugar

Steps

  1. Boil potato and mash. Divide 4 pieces.

  2. Put cheese inside and make ball

  3. Wrap potato balls with thin sliced beef

  5. Fry in pan with 1 teaspoon salad oil till beef turns good colour.

  6. Add soy sauce sugar and Mirin mixture

  7. Cook beef ball turning till the sauce is thickened
