Ingredients

  1. 1 lb Diced Steak
  2. 250 grams Leeks
  3. 250 grams Diced Carrot
  4. 250 grams Diced Swede
  5. 500 ml Beef Stock
  6. 9 large Potatoes
  7. 1 pinch Salt
  8. 1 pinch Pepper
  9. 1 pinch Chilli Sea Salt
  10. 1 large French Stick

Cooking Instructions

    Diced up your steak into manageable mouth size pieces. Add to a large soup/stock pan.

    coursely chop up your leeks and add them to the pan along with your carrots and swede cubes.

    Peel and diced potatoes and add them to the pan also.

    mix 2 stock cubes to 500ml of boiling water until they desolve then add the seasonings then add to the pan.

    top up the rest ov the pan with cold water. so all the veg and meat is covered.

    Bring to the boil for 20mins

  7. 7

    Turn down to simmer, i usually simmer for roughly 2hours.

    Taste and add more seasonings should you wish.

    Slice up your French Stick

    Plate up and ENJOY!!!!

wonderful recipe! wasn't exactly sure what leek was but I improvised hahaha
