2 ingredient easy easy banana pancakes

The easiest healthy banana pancakes with blueberries



  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 ripe banana
  3. Fry light or coconut oil (to cook)
  4. Handful washed blueberries
  5. Maple syrup (optional)

    Mash the banana and beat the egg together. Mix well.

    Heat up your frying pan to a moderate heat.

  3. Add Photo

    Put a few sprays of fry light or coconut oil in the pan then add a dollop of banana and egg mixture.

    Carefully lift the pan and move it around to spread it out a little (you don’t want them too thick).

  5. Add Photo

    Watch for air bubbles to appear in the uncooked side then you know it’s time to flip. Once this side is golden brown they are ready.

    Put the pancakes on a plate then I added blueberries and maple syrup but you can use any kind of fruit or syrup, honey etc.

    Eat and enjoy! To make more just add more egg and banana roughly one each per person.
