  1. 70 g self raising flour
  2. 70 g caster sugar
  3. 70 g butter
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 tsp vanilla flavour
  6. Any flavour jam

    Preheat the oven to 180°

  2. Add Photo

    Adds melted butter to sugar and mix until creamy

  3. Add Photo

    Add your flour bit by bit. Then your egg, and vanilla flavouring

  4. Add Photo

    Mix together well and pop into six cupcake cases or a cupcake tin

  5. Add Photo

    Place in the middle of the oven for between 15-20 mins

  6. Add Photo

    When they're cooked and cooled, slice in half and add your jam of choice
