Basically just seasoned, breaded pork!

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 thin, boneless pork steaks
  2. 30 g gluten-free flour
  3. 1/2 tsp low-sodium salt
  4. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  5. 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
  6. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  7. 3 tbsp light coconut milk
  8. 50 g dry gluten-free breadcrumbs
  9. 2-3 tbsp oil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. Trim the fat from the steaks, cover with clingfilm and gently flatten out with a rolling pin so they're about 1/4" in thickness

  2. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a shallow bowl

  3. Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl and the milk on a shallow plate

  4. Coat each pork steak first in the flour

  5. Quickly dredge in the milk...

  6. Then coat well in the breadcrumbs

  7. Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and cook the steaks for 3 - 4 minutes on each side until the crumb is golden. Add extra oil when turning

  8. Serve with whatever you like - baked beans, spicy rice, chips / fries, roast potatoes and veg...
