When I have no treats in the house I always have the ingredients for a last minute flapjack
Melt the butter, sugar and honey together in a saucepan
Stir in the oats and raisins. Pour into a lined baking tin
Bake in oven until golden- approx 25 minutes.
Leave to cool for half an hour and then slice up and eat
