Ingredients

  1. Packet cubed beef
  2. Thumb sized piece of ginger
  3. 10 florets of broccoli
  4. 1/2 cabbage finely sliced
  5. Handful fine beans
  6. 1/2 de seeded chilli
  7. 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  8. 1 teaspoon honey
  9. Chinese spice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put your beef, soy sauce, honey half of the ginger(finely sliced) and finely chopped ginger in a bowl. Spray 2/3 times with 1 cal garlic spray. Put in fridge whilst you prepare the veg

  2. 2

Add the rest of the ginger to the veg. Cut your fine beans at an Angle so they cook easier and slice your carrot in thin strips or grate it on the largest setting. I found that the thinner I cut my veg the better the stir fry turns out.

  3. 3

Spray a frying pan or wok with 1 cal spray 3 times and add the beef and marinade. Scrap out all the chilli and ginger and add a dash of garlic paste.

  4. 4

Once the beef has browned off add the veg and cook through. Add a final sprinkle of Chinese spice just at the end and give final stir.

  5. 5

    Done
