  1. — vegetable —
  2. 1 small daikon
  3. 1/2 carrot
  4. 1 paprika
  5. — pickling liquid —
  6. 100 cc apple cider vinegar
  7. 150 cc water
  8. 3 tbs sugar
  9. 2 tsp salt
  10. 1 bay leaf


  1. Change

    Cut the vegetables.

  2. Change

    —Making pickling liquid — Combine <pickling liquid> in a small pan and bring to boil.

  3. Change

    When it comes to boil, turn down to low heat. Put the carrots in the pan and bring to boil again.

  4. Change

    When it comes to boil, turn off the heat. Put all other ingredients in the pickling required.
