Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 250 g green beans, trimmed
  2. 2 tbsp ground flax / linseed
  3. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  4. 1/4 tsp curry powder
  5. Pinch black pepper
  6. 1-2 tsp olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to gas 7 / 210C /425F and line a baking tray with foil

  2. 2

    Mix the flax, salt, pepper, curry powder and just enough oil together in a bowl to make a thick paste, then toss the beans through in batches until nicely coated

  3. 3

    Spread over the baking tray and bake for 15 - 18 minutes until the flax coating is golden and the beans are crisping

  4. 4

    These taste delicious with a curry sauce dip!
