Japanese Teriyaki Chicken with pepper and sesame

This Teriyaki chicken is so tasty. My friend Mrs Ito showed me her Nagoya Teriyaki wings. She is from west part of Japan and her cooking is a little bit different. The ingredients are so simple and easy to make.

Ingredients

  1. 600 g (15 pieces) chicken wing tips
  2. 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  3. 2 tablespoon sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon water
  5. Sesame
  6. Pepper

Steps

  1. Fry chicken wing tips with vegetable oil.

  2. Fry both side till good brown

  3. Mix soy sauce, sugar and water
