Japanese Teriyaki Chicken with pepper and sesame

This Teriyaki chicken is so tasty. My friend Mrs Ito showed me her Nagoya Teriyaki wings. She is from west part of Japan and her cooking is a little bit different. The ingredients are so simple and easy to make.

Aunty Eiko's international cuisine experience


  1. 600 g (15 pieces) chicken wing tips
  2. 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  3. 2 tablespoon sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon water
  5. Sesame
  6. Pepper


  1. Change

    Fry chicken wing tips with vegetable oil.

  2. Change

    Fry both side till good brown

  3. Change

    Mix soy sauce, sugar and water

  4. Change

    Pour sauce mixture on chicken

  5. Change

    Fry till the sauce is glazed, and put much pepper on it

  6. Change

    Sprinkle much sesame

  7. Change
