Ingredients

  1. 5-6 boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 2 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp jeera
  4. 1 tsp hing
  5. 1 tsp haldi
  6. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 7-8 curry leaves
  9. 1 pinch sugar
  10. Green chutney as per required
  11. as needed Butter
  12. 7-8 bread slices

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil jeera hing curry leaves green chilli paste haldi then saute for 2mins

    Then add mashed potatoes and chopped coriander salt sugar and mix properly

  3. 3

    Take 2 slices of bread apply butter chutney and keep the potato stuffing then cover the bread with other one

    Then toast it in toaster until it done then serve with tomato ketchup...
