Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 500 gm ilish fish/Hilsa ilisha
  2. 2 tbsp Black mustared paste
  3. 3 tbsp Mutared oil
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1 tsp Termeric powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add fish,mustared paste,mutared oil and salt and ternmeric and mix it well.

    Take tiffin box or Take a container for making vapa ilish grease with oil and put the marinated fish in it.

  3. 3

    Keep water to boil in a vessel put inside the jali stand and switch on the flame.

  4. 4

    As water boil put the container in water. Cover and cook it for 20 min.
