Mango is the 👑 king fruit of summers available to all rich and poor.. 'Is full of vitamin A that's good for your's eyes.. Curd is a product of milk full of protein.. Again healthier version
Cooking Instructions

First hung the curd in a muslin cloth for at least one hour

Wash, peel, cut into cubes and blend in a mixer to find a smooth pulp

Put the mango pulp in ice cream moulds 2-2 big spoons in each mould &after 1hour set an ice cream stick in it

Refrigerate for at least 2hours.. Then take out hung curd from the muslin cloth & beat with the help of a beater, mix honey and vanilla assence

Pour the curd mixture over the mango pulp in ice cream moulds

Refrigerate for about 4 to 6 hours or till the ice cream stick freeze completely

Demould the ice cream stick by putting the mould in a glass of water or roll the mould in your palms

Serve chilled ice-cream sticks to your loved ones, family members & friends
