Gawar Phali ki Sabzi
Ingredients

100 grams gawar pahli

1 onion

1 tomato
-
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp green chilli chutney

1/2 tsp coriander Powder

1/2 tsp cummin seeds

to taste Salt
-
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbs oil
-
leaves Coriander
Cooking Instructions

Chop and wash gawar pahli with water

In a kadai add little oil and fry pahli for 1-2 mins and remove

Chop onion and tomato

In a kadai or in cooker add oil, cummin seeds let it splutter then add onion and cook till transparent.

Add ginger garlic paste,chopped tomato, turmeric, salt, coriander Powder, greenchillies paste and stir well.

Now add gawar pahli into it and mix well

Add little water and Cook.

Finally add coriander leaves mix well and serve
