  1. 1 lb Elkrich Smoked Sausage
  2. 1 head cabbage
  3. 1 medium onion
  4. 1/2 green bell pepper
  5. 1 salt, pepper, old bay, garlic powder
  6. 1 stick butter
  7. 1/2 cup chicken broth
  8. 1 large can of mild rotel (drained)

  1. In large skillet coat bottom with butter. Cut up cabbage & slice onion & bell pepper, place in skillet til tender.

  2. Add chicken broth, sliced smoked sausage & the rest of the stick of butter.

  3. Add seasonings & can of rotel. Let cook for about 7mins, turning it over until finished.
