My cousin’s recipe, whose husband is from Okinawa island southern Japan.

Ingredients

  1. 200 g Soumen noodle
  2. 1 small Carrot
  3. 1 green pepper
  4. 1 tuna small can
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  7. 1 tablespoon Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  8. Bonito flakes
  9. Sesame

Steps

  1. Cut carrot and green pepper

  2. Boil noodles just for 1-2 minuets and wash with cold water very well

  3. Make scrambled egg

  4. Fry vegetables and drained tuna with 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  5. Fry noodles and put scrambled egg. Seasoning with Dashi powder.

  6. Garnish with bonito flakes and sesame. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
