Tropical green smoothie

This is a great recipe for taking advantage of the offers at the market when they have a surplus of ripe mangoes and pineapples. Just chop them up and freeze them as soon as you get home.

Baby spinach is best as the flavour isn’t quite as powerful. I used more mature leaves from #seasonsupply which gave it a bit more of an earthy vibe. Still great though. #vegan

Ingredients

  1. 100 g spinach
  2. 500 ml water
  3. 100 g frozen pineapple
  4. 200 g frozen mango
  5. 1 banana

  1. Wash the spinach.
