500 gr Bajra atta/flour

1 tsp Fresh green garlic

1 tsp Green mirchi adark paste/green chilli ginger paste

1/2 tsp Haldi/ turmeric powder

Cut bhaji and clean add green masala salt haldi mix it now add atta and mix make dough with water and make smooth with help of your hands make equal parts of dough and make balls two balls flatten and spread some ghee and sprinkle some atta and now fit each other and roll out with help of hands and make like paratha roti transfer to tawa and fry with ghee two side to make light crispy and golden brown
