Ingredients

15-16 ladoos
  1. 2 cups wheat flour
  2. 2 tbsp suji and besan
  3. 1/3 cup desi ghee
  4. 1 cup jaggery (cut into small pieces)
  5. 1 tsp elaichi powder
  6. 1tsp nut meg powder
  7. 3/4 cup water
  8. as needed Oil to fry
  9. as needed Dry fruits or khas khas for decorations

Steps

  1. Mix wheat flour, besan, suji and 2 tsp ghee

  2. Add warm water slowly make dough and make muthiyas out of it

  3. Fry this muthiyas till golden brown

  4. Take out and let it cool down then break into small pieces

  5. Grind in the mixer but dont make it fine powder

  6. Heat the ghee in the pan aftef it melts add jaggery and heat till bubbles start framing

  7. Add powder which bhi have made and nut meg and elaichi powder and mix well

  8. Make ladoos and decorate with dry fruits or even khas khas here i have used kaju and badam
