For choley-heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic a
Paste, cumin and onion paste and saute
Now add coriander powder, chana masala, turmeric, chat masala, salt and pepper
Add little water if required to avoid burning.
When oil separates add tomatoe puree and boiled chana and close the lid of the cooker and cook on a sim flame until 2 whistles
Garnish with coriander and lemon and onions
For poori- knead a tight dough of whole wheat flour and maida with water and 2tsp oil
Heat oil in deep kadai and fry the poori
Serve hot the yummiest indian and every home lovable meal.
