Ingredients

  1. 2 tsp Methi roasted
  2. 2 tsp Jeera roasted
  3. Dry fruits (almond,kaju, coconut,) roasted
  4. 100 gm Gond roasted
  5. 100 gm Haldi
  6. 500 gm Wheat flour
  7. 50 gm Ajwain.roasted
  8. 10 gm Peepal rosted
  9. 200 gm Desi ghee
  10. 2 cup Gud or jaggery

  1. Roast all things in slow flame execpet flour.

  2. Griended it in a mixture jar coarsly.

  3. In a pan add ghee. let it be Heat.

  4. Add wheat flour Roast it slowly golden colour.

  5. In another pan pour 1 cup water. Let it boil,add gud, make 1 string chshni.

  8. When it becomes thick.make medium size balls.
