Roast all things in slow flame execpet flour.
Griended it in a mixture jar coarsly.
In a pan add ghee. let it be Heat.
Add wheat flour Roast it slowly golden colour.
In another pan pour 1 cup water. Let it boil,add gud, make 1 string chshni.
Put all griended things & flour in it.
Mix it well.
When it becomes thick.make medium size balls.
Now laddu is ready to rat.
It is very healthy,& tasty.
1glass of milk & 1 laddu is good combination of health tonic.
