Modak is ganesh chaturthi special sweet.modak is favourite sweet of lord ganeshji.This modak is modern type of modak which is liked by all age gp.then the traditional modak.
Cut both chocolate roughly in a microwave safe bowl
Microwave it for 1 min.but stir it in between 30 sec.15 sec
Chocolate will melted stir it well
Roast almond and half crush it
Mix almond powder,powder sugar, raisins,coconut powder, condence milk,butter or fresh cream,cardamom powder.
Make small marble size ball
In a modak chocolate mould fill half melted chocolate in this put one small ball of almond and on it again melted chocolate coating
Tap mould very well for release air from modak and refridgerate it for 30 min
Now unmould modak after 30 min
And serve it to load ganesh.
