Ingredients

  1. 100 gm Dark chocolate slab
  2. 100 gm Milk chocolate slab
  3. 1/2 cup Almond
  4. 1 tbs Sugar
  5. 2 tbs Milk powder
  6. 1 tbs Butter melted
  7. 1 tbsp Condence milk or fresh cream
  8. 1 tsp Raisins (optional)
  9. 1/4 cup Coconut powder (optional)
  10. 1/4 TSP Cardamom powder

Steps

  1. Cut both chocolate roughly in a microwave safe bowl

  2. Microwave it for 1 min.but stir it in between 30 sec.15 sec

  3. Chocolate will melted stir it well

  4. Roast almond and half crush it

  5. Mix almond powder,powder sugar, raisins,coconut powder, condence milk,butter or fresh cream,cardamom powder.

  6. Make small marble size ball

  7. In a modak chocolate mould fill half melted chocolate in this put one small ball of almond and on it again melted chocolate coating

  8. Tap mould very well for release air from modak and refridgerate it for 30 min

  9. Now unmould modak after 30 min
