Besan Stuffed Mirchi
Ingredients

10 large green chilli

1/4 small bowl roasted crushed peanuts

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

3 tbsp Oil

1 pinch hing/asafoetida

1 teaspoon Amchur

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)

1/4 Tea spoon dhaniya powder

1 Tea spoon ginger garlic paste

1/4 tea spoon red chilli powder

to taste Salt
Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients except oil.

Now add 1 teaspoon oil in this.

Wash and cut mirchi.

Now stuff this mixture in mirchi

Hea nonstick pan.

Add oil. Add stuffed chilies. cover the pan with a lid.

Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes or till the bharwan mirch sabji become soft and appear cooked.

Serve it.
