Besan Stuffed Mirchi

Ingredients

  1. 10 large green chilli
  2. 1/2 small bowl besan
  3. 1/4 small bowl roasted crushed peanuts
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  5. 3 tbsp Oil
  6. 1 pinch hing/asafoetida
  7. 1 teaspoon Amchur
  8. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
  9. 1/4 Tea spoon dhaniya powder
  10. 1 Tea spoon ginger garlic paste
  11. 1/4 tea spoon red chilli powder
  12. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients except oil.

    Now add 1 teaspoon oil in this.

    Wash and cut mirchi.

  4. 4

    Now stuff this mixture in mirchi

    Hea nonstick pan.

  6. 6

    Add oil. Add stuffed chilies. cover the pan with a lid.

  7. 7

    Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes or till the bharwan mirch sabji become soft and appear cooked.

    Serve it.
